PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: To register for the LT. BRAD HUTCHERSON MEMORIAL FIRE SCHOOL classes, fill out the below application and read the terms and conditions. Select which classes you want to take by preference 1,2,3 and 4. Example if you wanted to take the Emergency Vehicle Response and Arrival class and it became full, and then what would be your second choice and so on.

Once we receive your application and $20.00 dollar class fee, we will issue and send you a confirmation number and class information to your email address that you provide. Write this number down and bring it with you the day of the school, you will need this number to gain access.

Classes are Limited, so if for some reason you are not accepted, your twenty dollar class fee will be returned to you. Please make checks payable to the : LT. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The above named student planning to attend live fire or technical rescue training or any physical activities has no known medical or physical conditions that would prevent participation in any or all of the physical activities which may be required by the course that he or she may be taking. Also the above named student if attending a course which requires PPE or SCBA will be required to bring his or her own which shall meet NFPA 1971 standard on Protective Ensemble for Structural Fire Fighting and NFPA 1981 standard on SCBA at the time of purchase by the student or the sponsoring Agency. Also facial hair must comply with NFPA 1500 5-3.9 to participate in the Flashover Recognition and Survival class. I, the above named student, intend to be legally binding for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, herby waive any and release all rights and claims for damages and injuries which I may suffer as the result of attending classes and / or training exercises. I the above named student, acknowledge that I have read and completed the above application and understand that I will be ask to sign a Waiver of Liability the day of the school In consideration for participation.
